Mechanic Position
The Mantua Township Municipal Utilities Authority has an opening for a Maintenance Mechanic with three to five years’ experience in the operation and maintenance of public water distribution and sewer collection systems.
The successful candidate will demonstrate thorough knowledge of operations, procedures, processes used in the construction, maintenance, and repair of water distribution and sewer collection systems and the use of various types of specialized tools and equipment.
Requirements for the position include experience in construction, maintenance, and repair of water treatment, water distribution, and sewer collection systems; possession of NJDEP W-1, T-1 and C-1 operator licenses with the ability and desire to advance to W-2, T-2, and C-2 operator licenses; A CDL operator license with tanker endorsement must be obtained within 15 months of employment.
